Our four step plan to help your organisation is tried & tested. We have complete confidence that we can make any system more cost effective.
Initial Contact & Free Consultation
After the initial contact is made, the “ball starts rolling”. We will chat to you over the phone and find out what you think you need and what steps you’re looking to take with your organisation, whether it’s a Productivity Project, Staff Training, or Software.
We will arrange to visit your premises at a time and date that is best for you. This will allow us to conduct our Free Consultation to thoroughly appraise your organisation and your potential project requirements.
In the days following the site visit, a proposal will be sent to you for your approval and if the project is to take place, dates will be agreed, then, together, we move on to stage 2.
There are 4 main Time & Motion study methods which we utilise on any project to gather primary data, the ones we use will be fitted to your precise requirements;
Direct Observational Time Study (DOTS)
Day in the Life of (DILO)
Rated Activity Sampling (RAS)
Pre-Determined Motion Time Systems (PMTS)
These will be carried out using SmartTime – our highly specialised Time & Motion Study software.
During all of these studies, Observational Notations will be collated in order to add extra detail and insight to the day to day goings on in your organisation. Through their vast experience, our talented Industrial Engineers can identify the potential opportunities that will enhance your business capabilities.
Data Collation & Presentation
Following the data collection, the analysis will begin, allowing us to see trends and potential space for improvement in your organisation.
Once the analysis is complete, we will present to you on the agreed upon date, the information is collated in an easily accessible way which will leave you in no doubt as to how to move your processes in order to meet your stated project objectives.
